We're looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our IT Functional Team where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology. This is a Fulltime Onsite Position located at our Corporate Headquarters located in Clearfield, Utah (this position is NOT hybrid or remote).

Candidates in this position will provide expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and other IT applications. Important aspects of the job demand a collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements aligned to business objectives. This team is responsible for FIT/GAP analysis and works and communicates well with developers and the business teams they support. Successful candidates will have a great attitude, dedication to continuous improvement and continuous learning, and a willingness to provide Help Desk type support to all areas of responsibilities.

Duties and responsibilities for this position are as follows:

Configure and Implement Dynamics 365 for internal business customers; Configure and Implement other Lifetime databases, internal and external applications for internal business customers; Write development specifications and interface with internal business customers; Contribute set-up, configuration, testing and execution of Dynamics 365 and other Lifetime Applications; Manage and develop IT/customer relationships; and other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Vast understanding of ERP systems.
• Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience participating in requirements gathering process of IT systems (FIT/GAP Analysis).
• Clear and concise oral and written communication
• Ability to work weekends and non-business hours as needed and/or when necessary.
• Problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external.
• Detailed oriented and excellent multi-tasker
• Must be self-motivated and work well with others. Able to work with very little supervision.

• Dynamics 365 experience
• Project Management / Agile Project Management experience
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Experience with writing/documenting standard work
• Cube/ Microsoft Power BI experience
• Microsoft Power Platforms / Microsoft Power Apps experience
• Microsoft Co-Pilot experience
