Production AssociateAre you ready to play a vital role in an outstanding company’s production process? We're seeking dedicated individuals to join this Buffalo, NY area based team and help ensure their products meet the highest quality standards. This is a contract opportunity expected to last approximately 3 months.Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM - 10 AMSalary: $16-18/Hour Depending on ExperienceResponsibilities:Perform cleaning and packing tasks in the Production department.Conduct visual inspection, sorting, and packaging of orders as per customer specifications.Maintain punctuality and adhere to company attendance policies.Record job start and completion times accurately.Collaborate with supervisors to address quality issues and escalate as needed.Conduct secondary inspections as directed by Plant Manager or Quality Control Dept.Follow inventory rotation protocols and ensure proper housekeeping standards.Prioritize safety procedures and observe security protocols.Strive to meet or exceed department efficiency and productivity targets.Cross-train and provide assistance in other departments to meet production deadlines.Requirements:Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Proficiency in computer-based environments with business software.Basic math and language skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in continual manual tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, bending, pulling, and lifting.Clear close vision and color distinction abilities.If you're ready to contribute your skills to a dynamic production team and make an impact, apply now to become a Production Associate!
