Planning & Reporting JR Manager

Mission

Responsible for the financial planning processes across the businesses (MBS, Annual Resource Allocation, DF) and ensures flawless execution and high quality of deliverables.

Activities

Ensure that a solid business planning process is in place across the business/ region (Sales, Operations and Controlling) in order to provide to management full transparency on forecasts, gaps, risks and opportunities.

Drive the execution / consolidation / reporting of the different planning cycles (MBS, DF, Annual resource Allocation), coordinating supply chain, sales, manufacturing using appropriate management tools for the planning process.

Promote Business Planning Best Practices (i.e. One Number Principles, planning cycles) and Tools across the organization/ market and ensure alignment with operational processes.

Ensure that planning tools work efficiently, working procedures are documented, and that there is integration and consistency within system and scope.

Establish clear Operational Level & Service Level Agreements with stakeholders and consolidate / evaluate Base Financial Forecasts / Dynamic Forecasts / Plans accordingly.

Ensure initial Base Financial Forecast run is correctly populated to run simulations; provide all necessary support for their business simulation activities.

Stewards of the Financial Planning process for Financial Planning deliverables & base macro-economic assumptions for financial plans. Ensure timely dissemination of related information to all stakeholders.

Act as ambassador for the Finance & Control in their respective area and define and provide training needs within Finance & Control.
