Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

The Finance Analyst is responsible to provide support throughout the organization to ensure a superior understanding of the economic ramifications of all business decisions. This role is critical in the support of a major account as well as monthly business review preparation and the month end close process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive profitability of respective accounts through analysis support to all cost centers in understanding variances in expenses to budget, forecast and prior year and recommend appropriate actions

• Perform risk analysis on account portfolio

• Ad-hoc analysis as required

• Review business process account wide and contract requirements / KPIs to help enhance workflow and drive account value. Required to analyze the data measures and drive corrective action to operations as needed. Coordinates with all levels of management and field operations to drive communication and accountability of key metrics/business and budget performance

• Deliver Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting on key account metrics and performance. Responsible for analyzing monthly KPI profit at risk

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

• Expert Level Excel and Power Point Skills. Tableau/Power BI Experience Preferred

• Ability to multi-task and work in matrix-organization

• Focuses on the achievement of objectives and standards. Experience in process improvement and maximizing profitability

• Builds and maintains relationships with both internal and external customers and works with them to meet or exceed their expectations

• Ability to travel for client meetings and business reviews. Estimated travel of 10%

• Strong public speaking skills

• Attention to detail and time management, as well as effective meeting management
