Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The director of outsourced workforce partnerships plays a critical role in developing, managing, and deploying the framework within which BSMH engages and holds accountable third-party service providers with dedicated workforce to standards of excellence on critical aspects of workforce management and labor strategy. Maintaining BSMH missional identity through workforce partnerships is critical to ensuring the full breadth of the multi-employer workforce delivering patient-facing services reflects the spirit of the healing ministry of Jesus. This role leads the strategy as well as execution of the program, from initial planning through implementation, and ongoing management, ensuring milestones are met on time and strategic goals are met. This role also serves as the primary relationship HR partner to service providers, interacting with CHROs and other HR and operational leaders to drive accountability.
Essential Job Functions
Develop and execute a program for ministry care partner management for BSMH that ensures the multi-national, multi-employer workforce remains aligned to core principles of BSMH values and mission as it relates to the express of service and critical elements of workforce strategies. This includes partnership with market leaders, shared service leaders, HR strategic partners, COE leaders, and other stakeholders on the strategies and evaluations within the program.
Manage relationship with third party vendor partners who directly employ those delivering care or support services to patients of BSMH, understanding service agreements and contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with workforce standards, cultural alignment, and applicable organizational policies.
Lead the ministry care partner annual program of quarterly review and annual strategy meetings across all ministry care partners live with this program. This includes setting and facilitating meetings, developing agendas, tracking follow ups, and managing deliverables.
Identify potential risks and challenges to program success and work proactively to address them. Develop contingency plans and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure effective resolution of conflicts and challenges.
Develop ongoing evaluation of the program’s effectiveness, make recommendations for improvements, and ensure lessons learned are integrated into the program’s ongoing development and future initiatives.
Managing project workstreams to stand up identified actions, ensuring work stays on track to completion to achieve desired outcomes. Facilitate regular meetings and check-ins to keep stakeholders engaged and informed about progress, challenges, and next steps. Address and resolve stakeholder concerns and feedback.
Create standard program resources to grow this capability for BSMH. Ensure that all program-related materials, resources and documentation are up to date. Maintain an organized repository of program assets and deliverables.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
Work Experience
5-7 years of experience in HR required. 3+ years of experience in successfully leading or navigating complex projects working with cross functional areas required. Work experience in project management preferred.
