Successful candidates for this role will have the following:

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Outlook email and calendar capabilities.

  • Data Entry Experience preferred

  • Attention to detail

  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)

We are actively seeking a Data Entry Assistant to join our Cincinnati, OH team. The Scheduling assistant is responsible for scheduling work orders efficiently, with an emphasis on keeping scrap to a minimum, and maximize throughput through all facets of the production process and to ensure on time shipments for our customers.

Essential Duties and Tasks .

  • Completes data entry for production teams, inputting labor, inventory, scrap,cycle counts into computer system.

  • Regular and sustained attendance

  • Commitment, awareness, and involvement pertaining to ISO (policy, standards, procedures, etc.) and food safety practices (GMPs, procedures, etc.) are requirements of all employees.

  • Filing, copying, and other administrative duties
