FX and FX Option Operation Member is an intermediate level position responsible for processing FX and FX Option trade. The core objective of this role is management of Trade Confirmation, settlement, and post settlement investigation for FX and FX Option Product.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of FX and FX Option Product processing procedures and industry standards.

• Offer advanced solutions for assigned FX and FX Option Product processing areas.

• Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff.

• Serve as analytical or procedural expert for FX and FX Option Product processing deliverables/initiatives.

• Assist with the development of new techniques / systems and streamlining FX and FX Option Product processing activities for more electronic and systematic transaction processing.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 5-8 years of Banking Experience

• 2-3 years of FX Operation and or Settlement Operation Experience

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

• Japanese - Fluent

• English - Daily Conversation

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
