JOB REQUIREMENTS: Chippewa County is accepting applications for a Children, Youth & Families Services (CYFS) Supervisor position within the Department of Human Services CYFS Division. This position will specifically be supervising Children\'s Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) with dual enrollment in Children\'s Long-Term Support (CLTS). The job duties of the CYFS Supervisor position include but are not limited to assisting the Director and Children, Youth, and Families Services Division Manager(s) in overall leadership, supervision and management of the Human Services Department. The primary responsibilities include: supporting and coaching Social Worker staff; designing a continuum of services and coordinating programs; and creating and managing the budget. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Three (3) years of recent professional human services work experience related to the area of Children with Special Needs required. Experience in mental health and substance use and the impact of individuals and families preferred. Experience in children and youth services at the county level preferred. Management/supervisory/lead worker experience preferred. A valid driver\'s licenses is required and a cell phone is recommended.
