Job Title - Department CSR Agent Insurance-TPA - WesBanco Insurance Location This position is hybrid. The employee is split between office and remote work on a formalized schedule. Consideration for location will be in Jackson, OH, Chillicothe, OH or Gallipolis, OH. Market Central OH Work Hours per Week 37.5 Requirements 2 years Healthcare related experience preferred. High School diploma. Health and life insurance licenses required or ability to obtain health and life insurance licenses within 90 days of start date. Sales experience preferred. Job Description Responsibilities include providing customer service to customers and vendors, handling and processing the sales and renewal support tasks for a healthcare producer, and learning and processing of TPA Administration (HRA, FSA, & COBRA). CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS: Willingness to provide a level of service which will clearly differentiate us from our competitors. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude. Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively express thoughts, ideas and concepts to employees, customers and senior management. Ability to organize and set priorities to ensure completion of workload. Must be willing to work as part of a team. Possess pleasant, outgoing personality - must be personable. Ability to independently analyze and resolve customer issues. EMPLOYEE SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to perform specialized or confidential administrative duties. Proven skills in maintaining a number of projects. Proven PC skills using Microsoft Office products. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing.
