Robert Half Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Chicago, Illinois

Description We are offering a role in the finance sector located in Chicago, Illinois, 60653, United States. The position is a Customer Service Representative focusing on credit management. This role involves answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate data entry. The employment type is temporary, allowing for a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications.

• Maintain customer credit records with meticulous attention to detail.

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and internal staff on loan status, follow-up, and documentation requests.

• Provide excellent customer service to applicants regarding their loan applications.

• Assist with loan closings, including collecting documents, producing and reviewing loan documentation.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently to manage and organize data.

• Correspond with customers via email and make both inbound and outbound calls.

• Schedule appointments with borrowers as necessary.

• Be fluent in Spanish to cater to a diverse customer base. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls.

• Experience in a call center customer service environment.

• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Experience in data entry and order entry.

• Proficiency in email correspondence and scheduling appointments.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.

• Proficiency in Spanish Language is preferred.

• Experience in dealing with consumer loans.

• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in handling customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving team goals.
