The Senior Project Manager - Customer Solutions will be part of a dynamic Solutions team. This person will be managing the effectiveness and strategy involved with both pre- and post-sales activities for the North America Selling Unit. This person will be responsible for standard tasks for a Project Manager including technical requirements, customer and workflow needs, tasks assigned to both internal and external individuals, and communication. In addition, the selected candidate’s vision should guide the selling unit and customer on the next steps and how they should complete the steps. This role will play an integral role in ensuring successful implementations with high customer satisfaction.

This position is part of Digital Pathology located in the USA and will be remote with 30% - 40% travel. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

You will be a part of the Integrations and Informatics Team and report to the Senior Global Manager Integration and Informatics responsible for handling advanced projects and escalations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop, execute, and manages detailed project and work plans.

  • Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals.

  • Provide status updates to Management and Sales

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred in Information Technology or Information Management or related field.

  • 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Project Management or Lead roles in project implementations using formal project management methodology, techniques, and tools.

  • Knowledge of Pathology Laboratory workflow

  • Strongly self-directed and motivated with proven time management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines; effective communication with senior management, clients, peers and team members.

The salary range for this role is 145,000 - 160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
