Responsibilities:

• Support monthly internal reporting and consolidation process

• Ownership over certain corporate controls to ensure proper compliance both at corporate and companywide

• Support corporate and consolidation internal and external audit requests

• Work closely with other members of corporate accounting team to support monthly close process

• Support SEC filings and press release process by preparing external financials and certain disclosures for 10-K/10-Q/8-K

• Assist in coordinating and developing training materials for quarterly global accounting and finance updates

• Participate in and support various process improvement initiatives and special projects as necessary

  Requirements

Requirements of Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably with public accounting experience

• CPA or working towards obtaining their CPA

• Knowledge of ERP and consolidation systems (company uses SL9 for corporate ERP and OneStream for consolidation)

• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles and internal controls

• Experience with public companies and SEC reporting, experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask, while maintaining attention to detail

• Proactive self-starter who seeks new challenges and continuous improvement opportunities

• Ability to learn quickly and willingness to dive into new areas
