Position Summary

The individual will need to work collaboratively to develop the strategy, analyze present-state, develop alternative future-state approaches and facilitate implementation of our cloud security strategy. Plans, organizes, monitors and controls large strategic bodies of work using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective completion.

The Senior Delivery Lead sits within Integrated Program Management in Global Information Security. In support of GIS strategic plans and priorities, this position will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of complex initiatives, facilitate cross-team coordination with senior stakeholders, develop plans and oversee execution with business, technology, control and support partners to implement and sustain the change. You will ensure projects are delivering the program's defined business outcomes on time and on budget. You should be comfortable striving to meet the demands associated with leading a geographically diverse team who are managing multiple projects in a global environment. The projects facilitated by this role are in direct support of Global Information Security’s strategic plans and will have significant exposure to a wide array of senior leaders. The role will require leadership for workstreams in a matrix environment to deliver the initiatives and influence the strategic direction. Given the enterprise nature of GIS, the candidate will gain broad knowledge of and exposure to a wide range of the company's business units. The candidate will be required to work closely with other GIS business functions, Global Technology and Operations (GT&O) and various other lines of business to successfully deliver programs and projects.

This role will require the individual to lead, manage and deliver GIS initiatives. The individual will need to work collaboratively to develop the strategy, analyze present-state, develop alternative future-state approaches and facilitate implementation. Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective initiative completion. They will partner across GIS and GT&O functions to work through the phases of project delivery including defining requirements, design, testing and implementation. This individual will get significant exposure to senior stakeholders across GIS through leading initiative routines to communicate progress, issues, risks and key decisions.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated strong program and project management skills to effectively manage the end to end delivery of major complex, technology initiatives to achieve business outcomes

  • Ability to understand relevant regulations and assist in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

  • Ability to craft a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program setup, execution, and control

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation

  • Strong ability to provide leadership, communicate and influence senior stakeholders and partners, vertically and laterally

  • Ability to anticipate risks and successfully develop and drive mitigation plans

  • Comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals with varying degrees of technical understanding

  • Ability to navigate in complex and changing environment

  • Partnering skills to collaborate with Program, Planning teams, Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements to drive strategic program objectives Build and develop information security and application/platform expertise to support the initiative

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

  • Ability to manage and report the project through enterprise project management tools including PPRT, Enterprise Change Governance (ECG), PCM, etc.
