Key Responsibilities:

Our Digital Operations Center is constantly working to enhance the experience of our customers across our Digital Channels, based on data-driven analytics and timely and accurate reports. In order to do so, we rely on a great team of highly skilled Analysts that work hand-in-hand with business units across the organization in a fast-paced environment to provide them with actionable business intelligence to be used in making our Digital Channel offerings even more robust and reliable.

· Facilitate digital commercial performance reporting by producing digital product, voice of customer, and post release assessment dashboards

· Performance reporting & financial oversight: provide management with timely, accurate and concise reporting on the performance of digital division initiatives, goal attainment, and overall IT division progress to achievement of enterprise goals

· Provide analyses facilitating the creation of business cases for digitally sponsored projects

· Provide business insights based upon data to further drive digital revenue growth and optimization

· Provide ad-hoc analysis to different business units across the organization to support decision making on improvements to our customer's digital experience

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree required

• Regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with United's policies is required

• Hybrid attendance is required at the Chicago Willis Tower location

• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

• 3+ years of digital channel experience (Business or IT)

• 3+ years utilizing digital analytics tools

• 3+years of experience in advanced research in a quantitative and analytical field

• Strong data analysis, manipulation, and problem solving skills

• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills working with Enterprise Data Warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

• MBA preferred

• 3+ years of experience in roles related to software reliability

• Strong understanding of the HTTP stack and lifecycle

• Experience working with Quantum Metric and Dynatrace is a plus

• Experience with building reports/dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.
