Job Description:

• Develop and implement a robust project management framework, including documenting and providing effective frameworks tailored to different project types and complexities.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects by effectively managing timelines, milestones, and project schedules, meeting or exceeding established deadlines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create 8-10 timeline templates for various project types and product categories. These templates will streamline the process of building accurate project timelines for future projects.

• Develop and present a comprehensive proposal outlining the PM's interaction with cross-functional teams. Propose the creation of Call-to-Action/Business Portfolio meetings to track milestone activities for relevant projects.

• Showcase examples of presentations or reports utilized for communicating project status to stakeholders effectively.

• Review the objectives of implementing the project management role within our organization and understand potential challenges.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Project Management

Bachelor’s degree in Sciences: Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or similar is preferred

Technical knowledge of R&D and Product Development within the Food Industry is preferred.

Must have experience managing R&D projects in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry

PMP certification is highly desirable.
