Job Description

NERA seeks a Marketing Technology Coordinator to optimize, integrate and support multiple marketing technology platforms, processes, and products to aid in the implementation of strategic business development initiatives across the firm.

Based in our Chicago office, this position is an integral part of NERA\'s international marketing team, the Marketing Technology Coordinator will report to the Marketing CRM Manager and will work closely with colleagues from the Business Development and Marketing, and Technology Services teams, as well as external technology vendors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the Marketing technology function, including CRM, email, marketing automation, website, among others.
• Collaborates with colleagues across the business to build, test, and deploy emails, web forms, and landing pages.
• Maintains CRM data quality by monitoring and processing contact updates, returned mail, email bounce backs, and contact subscription preferences.
• Provides CRM administrative support for mailing list creation, maintenance, and tracking.
• Develops CRM reports and dashboards to share and track campaign performance data and website analytics.
• Assists with the development of technical documentation, instructional videos, and training programs.
• Schedules and tests technology updates and enhancements.
• Performs website updates, maintenance, and testing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent research skills.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, technology, or related field preferred.
• Two years of relevant work experience (ideally in a professional services or law firm environment).
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience with marketing automation technology (Pardot preferred).
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a geographically diverse team.
• Well organized and self-motivated.
• Interested in and proactive about mastering new technologies.
• Ability to adhere to existing processes and suggest improvements to maintain a highly efficient operational workflow.
