Location: Chicago, IL/ Chandler, AZ/ Dallas, TX/ Hybrid, will be required to work from office 3 days a week

As aRSAM SME/Dev will:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced RSAM Developer to design, develop, and maintain our RSA Archer GRC platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions and a proven track record of implementing and customizing RSAM applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and configure RSAM applications to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new applications and enhancements.

- Customize and configure RSAM modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

- Integrate RSAM with other enterprise systems and data sources.

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RSAM applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for RSAM applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest RSAM features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an RSAM Developer or similar role.

- Strong understanding of GRC concepts and methodologies.

- Proficiency in configuring and customizing RSAM modules, workflows, and reports.

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL) and data integration tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- RSAM certification.

- Experience with RSA Archer GRC platform.

- Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and audit processes.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: \$65/hr on W2 - \$68/hr on W2

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
