Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager in the heart of Chicago, Illinois. This role is in the architecture, construction, and engineering industry, where you will be responsible for managing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage marketing plans and strategies for the company

• Handle the creation and submission of RFPS and award submissions

• Maintain and update company bios and other relevant company information

• Utilize CRM and database systems to track marketing activities and customer interactions

• Use EO/IR systems, Facebook Insights, and Google Analytics to track campaign performance

• Create and manage advertisements to increase brand awareness

• Develop and oversee the company's budget processes

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals

• Deliver excellent customer service and address customer inquiries

• Utilize design tools such as Indesign and Photoshop to create marketing materials. Requirements • Proven experience in a marketing manager role or similar position

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and databases for customer relationship management

• Knowledge and experience with EO/IR systems

• Ability to analyse and understand data from Facebook Insights and Google Analytics

• Experience in creating and managing advertising campaigns

• Demonstrable skills in promoting brand awareness

• Familiarity with budget processes and financial planning for marketing campaigns

• Ability to plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
