You will be focused on driving the Finance Transformation journey for GE HealthCare. This global role transcends across regions, segments, and functions and will help to drive the next wave of technology implementation for the function. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance Transformation Leader to execute the CFO Finance vision and strategy; manage strategic alignment with external partners, and consistently measure execution to that strategy.

  • Communicate a consistent, clear vision for the future state operating model, including a concise case for why change is required across the organization.

  • Drive finance operating model integration decisions among both business and functional (Finance and non-Finance) stakeholders across the organization

  • Lead development of key technology and process transformation deliverables, including Generative AI, Predictive modeling, and machine-based learning.

  • Lead internal & external benchmarking processes, to ensure organization alignment is best in class from a service and cost perspective.

  • Embrace lean principles to help the organization reduce complexity and promote “one version of the truth” as we re-design existing planning and reporting processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent degree

  • 10 + years financial work experience, including FP&A

  • Demonstrated experience in FinTech transformations

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers.

  • Proven communication skills: experience working across multiple levels, including Executive level and above.

  • Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within finance functions; able to quickly link finance to operations

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment with multiple competing priorities and expectations.

  • Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills; understanding of new technologies, such as Generative AI and Machine Learning

  • Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows.

  • Experience working in GEHC Finance (either in a Region, Segment or Group FP&A team)
