Job Summary:

As a Direct to Consumer (DTC) Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate processing of orders for direct shipment to consumers. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that products are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely & accurate manner, meeting the standards of quality and service expected by our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Evaluate and promote daily safety practices among fulfillment employees.

  • Instruct and promote efficient and safe order picking and packing techniques among staff.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the fulfillment area to ensure safety and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives related to direct-to-consumer shipments.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards, within the fulfillment operation.

  • Oversee proper handling of paperwork and documentation related to order processing and shipment.

  • Meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for order accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to fulfillment team members to maintain high standards of performance.

  • Enforce compliance with company policies, safety rules, and regulations within the direct-to-consumer fulfillment operation.

  • Manage end-of-shift reports and performance updates related to order processing and shipment.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting, particularly in fulfillment or direct-to-consumer operations, is preferred.

  • Forklift certification may be required, depending on the specific warehouse operations.

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fulfillment or direct-to-consumer warehouse setting.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on order accuracy and timeliness.

  • Physical capability for lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling as per the demands of order processing and shipment.

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills to ensure smooth coordination within the fulfillment team.

  • Dependable with a good attendance record to maintain consistent order processing schedules.

  • Intermediate math and computer skills are necessary for managing orders and documentation.

  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or as needed to support 24/7 operations for direct-to-consumer shipments.
