What will you be doing?

This role will involve supporting and overseeing Haleon US Portfolio projects as part of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) - Client Insights organization. Haleon is a global company operating within the Consumer Healthcare space with large brands including Advil, Sensodyne, Robitussin, Tums, Centrum, and many other great brands.

This role will engage primarily with the contract holder, his direct report, and the broader Circana Haleon team to drive analysis and insights across the Haleon portfolio. Core to the role will be a strategic monthly deliverable led in conjunction with a direct report, which focuses on category, competitive, and channel trends, who\'s winning and why, etc. This particular analysis will typically take 5-7 business days with the balance of the month focused on other strategic topics including Innovation trends, and other ad hoc strategic analyses.

The candidate should have strong collaboration and client management skills, while also being able to work independently. Ideally, the candidate will have had direct reports in previous experience as this role has 1 direct report. The candidate should also have strong capability with Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

What will I need to be successful?

Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret data and translate it into meaningful solutions for clients:

  • Approach client with coherent, actionable, and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business needs
  • Continually provide analytical solutions and business insights to address any business gaps and/or opportunities and create value for the client with a focus on leveraging technology and speed to insights
  • Identify business issues and opportunities and suggest the appropriate level analytic solution/approach, while also best leveraging the UNIFY platform and tool

Consultative Selling: Apply knowledge of the business, industry, and domain to identify, create, and close business opportunities:

  • Ask questions to test assumptions and challenge the status quo
  • Synthesize information on a variety of issues; translate the information into a project framework that ultimately provides solutions for clients

Impactful Presence: Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills; present a professional image:

  • Become trusted by the client, Circana client solutions teams, Circana cross-functional organizations, and Circana business partners and considered a domain expert and business partne
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach to communication; adapt messages quickly to the appropriate level or function with poise and polish

Client Focus: Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Help customers identify solutions to problems they did not know they had
  • Regularly and proactively communicate with the client-facing teams, including soliciting feedback to continually improve the relationship
  • Track and organize multiple work streams against multiple clients, and manage time and resources against changing priorities

Supervisory Responsibilities: This role will have one direct report.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with syndicated data (IRI/Circana/NPD solutions), analytics, and category management is required

Marketing and/or sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or other companies using syndicated or point-of-sale (POS) data

Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powe
