We are inviting applications for the position of a Bookkeeper. The individual will be an integral part of our team, focusing on managing customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining customer records. This role primarily involves bookkeeping duties within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will support two clients in the Falls Church, VA area.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications.

• Maintain and update customer credit records with high accuracy.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary.

• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Use Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for data entry and bookkeeping tasks.

• Conduct month-end close procedures efficiently.

• Manage payroll processing and maintain payroll records.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and industry standards.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping role or similar

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Strong Bookkeeping skills

• Comfortable with Data Entry tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge of Payroll processes

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software
