Dixonis seeking a Market Specialist Manager to join our team in Chestertown, MD. As a Market Specialist Manager, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives for specific markets or industry segments. Your role involves analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, and developing effective strategies to enhance the company's market position. The Market Specialist Manager plays a crucial role in fostering collaboration across departments, ensuring market-specific goals are met, and contributing to overall business growth. Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial field sales, marketing and/or business development in Dixon related markets required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market-specific strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage the activities of Dixon Field Market Specialists, including time in the field, in coordination with Dixon's sales team.
  • Drive new product development, helpingto generate ideas and prioritize NPD projects.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry changes.
