"Our client, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a Digital Designer to join their team onsite in Horsham, PA. This position is Full-Time. RESPONSIBILITIES:+ Work with multiple cross functional teams to create visual interpretations of the brand strategy and objectives.+ Design engaging graphic assets for Social Media (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Tik Tok) according to the social media calendar.+ Manage creative workflow from start to finish. + Responsible for concepting, pre-production, production, and post-production.+ Demonstrates proficiency in crafting visual stories that resonate with all stakeholders.+ Maintains a high sensitivity to trends in social media, digital marketing and pop-culture as it relates to TMC brands and communicate these formally and informally with all cross-functional teams+ The ideal candidate would be highly creative, communicative, and possess the ability to present work and recommendations to brand teams and management visually in a comprehensive and concise manner.+ Experience with creating visually appealing e-mail content and design that enhances user engagement and drives conversions. + Familiarity of content creation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus. REQUIREMENTS:+ An excellent creative portfolio demonstrating multidisciplinary design efforts+ Strong familiarity with web design, visual hierarchy, and color theory+ Experience in web development is a plus+ Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign) or Apple Creative apps.+ Master of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects CC workflowsOur client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
