We are seeking a Business Information Management Specialist to work on our AML/financial data management initiatives. The successful candidate will be part of a team, responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust data management processes to support our anti-money laundering (AML) programs. This role requires strong data analysis and analytical skills with understanding of financial regulations, and data governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing data mappings to capture AML related data from various sources.

• Implementation of data quality controls and data lineage processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between data management initiatives and business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial compliance, with a focus on data management and analytics.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL data analysis.

• Strong communications and technical documentation skills.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Financial Institutions.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with implementation of Transaction Monitoring for AML.
