Position : Employee Communication and Engagement Professional

Location : Manapakkam, Chennai, IND-TN

Job Purpose :

In this role, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and planning for complex organizational change initiatives. The successful candidate must have the proven ability to lead transformation initiatives holistically. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to manage change initiatives, facilitate effective meetings, and act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors.

Essential Functions :

  • Onboarding to offboarding

  • Meet individually with each billable resource at least once a month at their main point of contact to ensure a feeling of connectivity with the company and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Work together with HR to ensure communication within the Company supports the employee engagement strategy

  • Answer all HR related questions pertaining to onboarding, benefits, enrollment, etc.

  • Ensuring employee leaves are tracked in leave management system and approve on time

  • Weekly time entry, timecard reconciliation, and end-of-month customer billing tasks

  • Implement and head up any client-specific processes

  • Attend meeting with sales managers to gather feedback on the applicable individual's performance

  • Address any reward or disciplinary issues as warranted

  • Inform IT on any terminations for asset recovery and assist employees on the process to surrender client assets

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal department leadership, providing feedback, taking the lead on any required coaching, etc.

  • Head up the candidate and business referral program

  • Market and assist replacing individuals rolling off projects

  • Demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with internal and external customers to maximize productivity and positive relations

  • Participate and assist with company events.

Education:

Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with people over the phone and in person

  • High aptitude for learning

  • Flexibility with scheduling meeting and or events

Supervisory Responsibility :

  • This position does not have employee direct reports but does have oversight responsibility for vendors and/or contractors.

  • This position has one or more billable full-time employee and contractor direct reports.

Work Environment :

The work is performed remotely or in an office environment.
