Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a UI Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!

Job Description:

As a UI Designer you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, developers, and product managers, you will translate user needs and business requirements into engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling user interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and design principles.

• Collaborate with UX designers to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations, and translate them into actionable design solutions.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design and user experience.

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, and provide support during the development process.

• Continuously strive for excellence in design quality, consistency, and innovation.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.

• Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

• Experience working with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving complex design challenges.
