Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Specialty Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.

Job Role and Responsibility : Design MAPR, Cloudera-CDP, and Hortonworks H DP. Build user-focused SQL and MySql databases. Configure Hadoop ecosystem components, such as HIDES, Spark, MapReduce, HBase, Kafka, Zookeeper, Oozie, Hive, Sqoop, Pig, Impala, and Flume. Develop an ETL Database Model to carry out new procedures. Create PostgreSQL & Mysql database warehouse dimensions to accept ETL outputs. Drive stability, reliability, and performance by optimizing in-application SQL statements. Apply knowledge of Apache and WebLogic web server platforms. Install, migrate, and upgrade data environments to Azure Cloud as part of the Cloud Strategy being employed by the company. Telecommuting is permitted up to 4 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications : This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered, Big Data Engineer, Hadoop Engineer, or in a related position involving software engineering experience.
