Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Provide training to department teams to include:
Payroll Process and System training
Specific team training and sharing of information related to system changes
Wage and hour regulations
Sector wage and hour related policies
Payroll related regulatory changes
New hire training and tracking
Assist with the training of field managers. Key topics include:
MySTAFF/ESS Mobility/Employee Central/MyRequests system training
Sector entitlement policies as they relate to MySTAFF
Compliance risk related to MySTAFF misuse
Wage and hour regulation
Maintain knowledge base articles
Provide subject matter expertise to training team for development of training tools
Assist with documentation of system changes and impact on training materials cross department
Review of training material and tools for all system applications
Assess changes needed to training material based on regulatory changes
Support compliance standardization
Qualifications:
Four-year degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of payroll experience
Demonstrated training ability through field support or leadership experience
Knowledge of SAP and Time and Attendance System experience
Superior communication skills, (oral, written and presentation)
Strong organization and planning skills
Ability to be flexible in a changing environment and to handle multiple tasks
Initiative and a passion for Payroll
