Job Description
An amazing opportunity to be a pivotal part of the Omni Charlotte Hotel. If you love hospitality, creating amazing customer experiences, and are looking for a summer opportunity then you will love working with Omni! The Coin Bar Pool Attendant will be responsible for providing efficient friendly customer service while assisting the servers through service. Must be available to work various shifts including Holidays and Weekends (Friday through Sunday).
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional guest service.
Daily cleaning and upkeep of Recreation facility.
Supervision of the pool area and towel operations.
Ensure guest safety by enforcing all rules.
Facilitate daily activities.
Qualifications
At least 3-6 months experience in service related position.
Able to become certified in basic CPR and First Aid.
Okay to work in various weather conditions: extreme heat, cold, rain, sun, etc.
Must be comfortable in and around pools.
Quick service foods experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have an unexpired food handlers
Must have state alcohol license and training certificate.
Must be able to stand for entire shift, lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to work in outdoor conditions.
