Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects in various locations in Pennsylvania . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $63/hour based on experience plus $125/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Surveying Buildings and Repairing Mechanical Systems
Performing Maintenance of Electrical Systems (Circuit Breakers, Panels, Motors, Switches, Pneumatic Controls, etc.)
Inspecting Fire Alarm Systems
Repairing, Maintaining Heating and Plumbing Systems
Preventative and Routine Maintenance on Lawn Mowers, Fleet Vehicles, Plant Equipment, and Floor Maintenance Machines
Carpentry Work such as Shelving, Stairs, and Trim Work
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 Year of Experience (Minimum of 6 Years of Experience to earn the higher range of pay)
Able to Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check
Reliable Means of Transportation
Ability to Travel
Able to Read, Interpret, and Work from Blueprints, Drawings, or Oral Instructions
