Insight Global is looking to hire on an FP&A Manager for a large automotive retailer in the Charlotte, NC area. As a Manager on the Financial Planning and Analysis Team, you will be responsible for performing advanced operational and financial analyses that help company leaders

understand the impact of decisions on profitability, volume, and market share across multiple brands and locations. The role will partner closely with executive and operational

leaders to solve problems and drive decisions that add value. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical ability, strong personal motivation, and interpersonal skills such that their curiosity for the business will enable them to present the compelling story that underlies the numbers. This position is very visible and accountable and reports to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Other duties:

• Analysis of operational results

• Daily and monthly operational reporting

• Have a curiosity for the business; understand the "why" behind the analysis

• Budgeting and forecasting activities

• Create Valuation and CapEx cash flow modeling (NPV and IRR)

• Stay abreast of industry trends and events and how they relate to the business

• Ad hoc analysis

Skills and Requirements

• 3-4 years of financial analysis experience

• Financial modeling and data-driven operational analysis

• Well-developed Microsoft Office skills, experience with macros, complex formulas, and creating presentation

• Ability to utilize multiple data systems in analysis and reporting

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or related field

• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and teamwork skills - OneStream and/or MicroStrategy experience

• SQL query experience null
