Honeywell Experience R&O Maintenance Technician in Charlotte, North Carolina

As a PC Board Repair Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in repairing and maintaining printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure optimal functionality and performance. With your technical expertise and attention to detail, you will troubleshoot and diagnose issues, repair or replace faulty components, and conduct thorough testing to ensure quality standards are met.

You will report directly to our Repair and Overhaul Maintenance Lead and work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our products by ensuring the proper functioning of PCBs. Your expertise in PCB repair and maintenance will contribute to the overall success of our operations and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with PCBs

• Repair or replace faulty components on PCBs

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality

• Follow repair procedures and guidelines

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and testing results

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB repair and maintenance

• Strong knowledge of PCB components and troubleshooting techniques

• Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools

• Attention to detail and ability to follow repair procedures

WE VALUE

• Associate's degree in Electronics or related field

• Experience with surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components

• IPC certification in PCB repair and rework

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
