Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for users in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and efficient customer service to users, addressing their technical issues and concerns.

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to assist users over the phone, via email, and in person.

• Showcase a basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

• Display familiarity with common operating systems and basic networking concepts.

• Handle common IT issues such as printer setup, software installation, and basic network connectivity problems.

• Adapt to changing work environments and new IT systems or tools.

• Utilize skills in Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, Deskside Support, Computer Imaging, and Desktop Imaging.

• Travel to remote sites in Charlotte as needed, using a reliable vehicle. Requirements • Proficiency in Mac Computers is essential

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products

• Knowledge and experience with Active Directory

• Familiarity with Computer Hardware is required

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Prior involvement in technology Deployments

• Proven experience in Deskside Support

• Expertise in Computer Imaging

• Background in Desktop Imaging within a Real Estate Property/Facilities Management context

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Willingness to keep up-to-date with latest technology trends

• Professional certification in IT or related field would be advantageous

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
