Partner with business leaders to define Clarity time tracking information reporting and analytics needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Serve as point of contact for field level questions related to the use of Clarity

  • Set up and maintain staff in Clarity time tracking system

  • Set up and maintain projects in Clarity time tracking system

  • Align staff to operate projects

  • Align staff to tasks within operating projects

  • Create reports related to time tracking for staff and delivery to operating managers

  • Maintain alignment of Clarity project allocations within Salesforce Resource Tracking system

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights to support decision making processes

  • Present and communicate findings to senior leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, etc.).

  • Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines. Experience managing small projects.

  • Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders.

  • Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Clarity time tracking system

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Customer service oriented

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
