An industry leader in coating systems is looking for a Research and Development Technologist to join their team! If you are interested in joining a company with a focus on innovation and personal development, this role is for you!

Pay: $60k-$90k (Depending on experience)

Schedule: 1 st shift

Type of Job: Direct Hire

Research and Development Technologist daily tasks :

• Responsible for product service and maintenance such as development of formulations, applications engineering, creation of color shades, and correction and reprocessing of defective batches.

• Measuring color samples, maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments.

• Assisting with customer requestions, training staff members, and general admin tasks

• Reviewing and initiating technical data sheets.

Research and Development Technologist Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Chemistry/Chemical Engineering)

• 2+ years of Paint Industry experience

• SAP and Microsoft Office experience preferred
