Description We are hiring for a Desktop Support Analyst within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, this role will focus on providing end-user support, managing mobile devices, maintaining hardware inventory, and deploying software upgrades. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user problems, ensuring timely feedback to users.

• Effectively respond to and track user incidents and requests using a ticketing system.

• Deploy software upgrades as required, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

• Manage mobile devices within the organization, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.

• Maintain an accurate inventory of surplus equipment to facilitate efficient resource management.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network printers, scanners, and local printers.

• Leverage skills in Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments to provide effective Deskside Support. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with Active Directory, managing user accounts and groups

• Knowledge of computer hardware, ability to troubleshoot and repair basic hardware issues

• Familiarity with configuration management, including updating systems and applications

• Experience in software and hardware deployments, including planning, testing, and executing deployments

• Proven skills in deskside support and providing technical assistance to end-users

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Relevant degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in a desktop support role, preferably within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry is advantageous.
