Wells Fargo Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant - Rewards Testing Strategy in CHANDLER, Arizona
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant as part of the Partnership, Loyalty & Strategy (PLS) team within Card and Merchant Services (CMS) . This role will be responsible for building out and managing a robust testing strategy and rigorous testing practices for PLS. A key outcome of this role will be to improve overall testing effectiveness. The individual in this role will have a continuous improvement mindset, using learnings to refine and improve testing approaches that support a dynamic environment with a growing number of features and capabilities for our customers. This individual will work closely with PLS product teams, PLS operational teams, CMS business units and Technology to obtain input and collaborate to achieve results.
The PLS team is responsible for Card Loyalty capabilities that drive increased customer engagement with our Card products. This team is also responsible for engaging with both large and small external partners that support both Loyalty and the broader Card business. In this role, you will:
Develop and manage a strategy to grow and modernize the CMS PLS of business testing.
Responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of high-priority Credit Card initiatives from a testing pipeline.
Work independently and across multiple organizations to prepare and develop test standards, tools and artifacts.
Support the delivery of high-priority Credit Card strategic initiatives in partnership with Technology.
Play a lead role in collaborating with CMS leadership and key business partners to design, implement test plans and strategies.
Responsible for handling highly complex End User Testing Assurance and issues.
Partner across functional and business lines to identify and resolve issues, influence business decisions, mitigate risk and ensure delivery of critical objectives.
Develop metrics and outcomes across the testing strategy enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Master level knowledge and understanding of test plans, test strategy, test scripts, test procedures, ambiguity reviews, and expected results
Expert knowledge and understanding of various types and levels of testing (e.g., unit, integration, and system testing)
Understanding of credit cards specific to rewards programs
Ability to partner and collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and support effective testing strategies in a highly matrix environment
Strategic testing experience with ability to conduct root cause analysis, create problem statements, and implement go forward approaches using creative problem solving in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
Structured thinker and communicator; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis around testing
Strong sense of ownership and decision-making skills; routinely goes above and beyond
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Agile experience

This role offers a hybrid work schedule.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
