Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Chandler, Arizona. This role falls within the technology industry and will be based in a professional workplace environment. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our team and resolving any tech-related issues that might arise.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter

• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems

• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns

• Create and verify backups of data

• Respond to and resolve help desk requests

• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution

• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes

• Review application logs

• Install and test computer-related equipment. Requirements • Proficient in working with Mac Computers

• Familiar with Microsoft applications and software

• Experience with Active Directory

• Knowledge in computer hardware, including troubleshooting and repair

• Expertise in configuration management

• Experience in deployments of software and hardware

• Capable of providing deskside support to end-users

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant certifications in IT Support or related field would be a plus

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
