Wells Fargo Business Execution Consultant - Change Management in CHANDLER, Arizona

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant focused on Change Management with the Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group. Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group (CTRRG) is responsible for timely and accurate filing of Currency Transaction Reports with FinCEN in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements. In this role, you will:

  • Facilitate change management activities for CTRRG which involves reviewing intake requests, perform impact analysis, and monitoring change pipeline to ensure appropriate prioritization and oversight of changes.

  • Lead or participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations or process improvements to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause analysis using business metrics

  • Apply project management methodology to help facilitate implementations, establish timelines, and track ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, control, and compliance

  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work

  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate to low risk deliverables

  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) experience

  • Change Management Practice, including knowledge of the ADKAR Methodology or similar

  • Proficiency with MS Excel, SharePoint, and OpenText

  • Experience in making timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

  • Experience working on change initiatives

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels

  • Knowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
