Job Summary:

The Regional Operations Manager (Asia) coordinates the service delivery functions across Asia and supports the Director (Asia) with management, administrative and compliance oversight.The Regional Operations Manager ensures the highest quality in execution and maintenance of standards as well as full compliance with local regulations. The Regional Operations Manager develops and aligns Operations standards, negotiates fees, and contracts with partners and conducts regular business and performance reviews.

Essential Functions:

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

  • Oversee and coordinate scheduling of the security consultants, part time employees, partners and contractors.

  • Ensure all projects and services are conducted in a timely and professional manner and aligned with Pinkerton's Service Delivery Standards:

  • Assist the Director with on-going client service calls.

  • Address client questions and/or concerns quickly and effectively.

  • Communicate employee performance concerns and/or status updates to the Director.

  • Serve as the point of contact in support of clients' ongoing projects and consultancy.

  • Perform various investigative, security consultative, and protection projects as assigned by Director.

  • Assist with general administrative and operational functions.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred with at least three years of investigation, enterprise risk management, security operations experience and/or business management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.   • Solid project management skills. Procurement and vendor management experience.

  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with pace, ambiguity and confidentiality that comes with the nature of our business.

  • Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.

  • Able to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.

  • Support client servicing and acquisition.

  • Able to multi-task and organize workload for effective implementation.

  • Computer skills; Microsoft Offices suite.

  • Excellent command of the Mandarin language (read/write/speak) as well as English fluency to work with our stakeholders, vendors and clients in Mainland and Greater China (preferred).

  • Investigation, Enterprise Risk and/or Security operations experience.

  • An ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about security risk management, investigations, security consulting, intellectual property management, crisis management and protection operations, and being a part of a premier global risk management firm.

  • Able to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision.
