MedSpecialized, Inc HR Specialist in Cebu City, Philippines
Position Overview:
As a HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 6:00PM-3:00AM, Gliding Shift, Onsite
Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
Foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a professional manner.
Performance Management
Monitor and track employee performance evaluations and ensure timely completion.
Support the development of individual performance improvement plans.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with internal and external audits and reporting requirements.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
Assisting with the distribution of training material.
Conducting employee orientations.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Provide guidance on compensation and benefits-related inquiries.
Conduct salary surveys and job evaluations to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must be willing to work in graveyard shifts

At least 2 years experience in Human Resources
Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
At least 1 year experience working on a night/graveyard shift
Good organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of employment law
Aggressive and highly conscientious
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 26,000php
New hire bonus of 5,000php
Monthly Risk allowance of 2,000php
