Description We are seeking a meticulous Credit Clerk to join our team in Casa Grande, Arizona. This role primarily involves managing customer credit applications, maintaining precise customer credit records, and addressing customer credit inquiries. This role falls under the Sales Support function and offers a contract-to-hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.

• Maintain precise records of customer credit.

• Address and resolve customer credit inquiries efficiently.

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly.

• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments when necessary.

• Ensure the accuracy of customer credit data in the CRM system.

• Use Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel and Outlook, for data management and communication.

• Provide excellent customer service while handling credit-related issues.

• Support the inside sales team by providing necessary credit-related information.

• Prepare and provide price quotes for customers as required. Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Support role or a similar position.

• Proficiency in CRM software is essential for managing customer relationships and data analysis.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required for data entry and financial tasks.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites is necessary for creating presentations, reports, and documents.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is needed for managing email communications and schedules.

• Excellent customer service skills are required for interacting with clients and addressing their concerns.

• Experience in Inside Sales is crucial for direct selling and customer acquisition.

• Ability to provide accurate Price Quotes is necessary for negotiating deals with customers.
