Description/Job Summary
The employee has the authority to assist operators in the setup of machines. The (laminate assigned) utility worker has the authority to set up laminate material, change rolls and make knife adjustments. The (slitter assigned) utility worker has the authority to set up blades for product slitting requirements.

Responsibilities/Duties
Clean, inspect, and stack the product according to standard or customer requirements. Examples include, but are not limited to, cleaning the work area, checking product dimensions, checking die cut quality, cleaning die cut holes, etc.
Package materials according to Inteplast Standards of packaging.
Hand trim laminate.
Weld boxes.
Sort material as needed.
Install and uninstall dies on die cutter workstations.
Preferred Skills
Minimum 1 year experience in extrusion department
P.C. knowledge
Mechanical aptitude
Oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency at winder operator level
Preferred Education
High school graduate or GED
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) months packing experience (or equialvent) or a minimum of six (6) months experience machine operating in a manufacturing operations.
Proven ability to utilize basic math skills.
Proven ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
Ability to use a gauage, staple gun, and saw.
