About The Position

Clinical Architecture is seeking a Product Analyst to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. As a Product Analyst, your primary responsibility is to drive product development in collaboration with the Product Manager, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders. You will define, prioritize, and deliver product features and enhancements throughout the development lifecycle.This includes translating requested features into well-defined product requirements for the software release, ensuring alignment with stakeholders on features and priorities, managing sprints, and maintaining clear communication across all departments.You may also support product launches, market and competitive analysis, collateral creation, product demos, win/loss analysis, product training and documentation, product positioning differentiators, and other aspects of Product Management as needed.

This role is required to be on-site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Translate features and requests into clear, testable requirements, creating user stories, storyboards, wireframes, diagrams, and other requirements and documentation.
  • Support sprint management by scoping, prioritizing, estimating, and planning / facilitating meetings.
  • Coordinate internal user acceptance testing, capturing feedback for future product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze customer issues, provide root cause assessments, and resolutions for client-facing teams.
  • Ensure customer issues are identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Review and test product enhancements and feature changes to ensure the functionality provided meets the intended use case or user story.
  • Educate and support internal stakeholders in product use and configuration.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Technical skills:
    • Minimum of three years experience in defining and managing requirements, including participating in sprints and other product-focused activities in the software lifecycle.
    • Proficiency in at least two healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, C-CDA, HL7v2.x, or similar patient-oriented messaging specifications.
    • Intermediate knowledge of industry standard healthcare terminologies such as SNOMED-CT, RxNorm, LOINC, HL7 and FHIR value sets, etc.
    • Ability to understand complex healthcare data, healthcare messaging workflow, message transformations, and other principles of healthcare interoperability.
    • Proficiency in decomposing and diagraming complex message transformation workflows using industry standard notation.
  • Soft skills:
    • Ability to effectively communicate complex, abstract concepts and healthcare messaging workflow to both technical and non-technical team members.
    • Strong written communication and proofreading skills for documents, diagrams, and presentations.
    • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage work across multipleassignmentswith competing priorities.
    • Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to assist with various aspects of the teams work.
    • Values sharing knowledge and growing the skills of the team.
