Elwood Staffing Production/ Labor Worker in Canon City, Colorado
POSITION: Production/ Labor Worker
DUTIES: Will be assembling small parts using diagrams and blueprints. Manufacture belt curves, spiral curves and other belt conveyors Operate production line hand tools/machinery and handle equipment Perform various operations in the work areas as assigned by the supervisor Assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials
PREFERRED SKILLS: Assembly, production, hand eye coordination, and use of hand and power tools. No education required - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No experience required, will train - 6 months of experience is preferred.
Production Qualifications:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions Perform basic visual quality inspections on product Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Minimum age is 18 years old Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
WAGE: $18.00/ Hourly
SHIFTS: 6:00AM - 2:30PM Full-time - 40 hours per week - This is a temporary position.
