Position Overview:
Are you ready to put your analytical skills to use in service to the Department of Defense? Can you extract, analyze, store, and incorporate data into finished intelligence products? Imagine yourself working on top-level critical network defense missions alongside other seasoned professionals. Parsons is a hiring a Maritime Targeting Analyst analyst to work closely with our Joint Interagency Task Force-West (JIATF-W) client in Honolulu, HI.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide steady-state, crisis, and predictive intelligence coverage of the assigned region (Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, e.g.)
Facilitate CONOP development and support for various divisions and interagency partners
Identify and integrate publicly available information (PAI) / open-source intelligence (OSINT) data and apply that data towards counter-drug and/or counter-transnational crime efforts
Prepare assessments of current events based on the collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information
Identify and leverage key data sources and data sets that support Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) planning and execution
Work across the law enforcement community to synchronize findings and streamline recommendations
Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements
Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Seven+ years of experience in threat, indications and warning, collection, analysis, and production and collaborating with other senior intelligence analysts
Seven years' intelligence staff experience, tactical through operational/Combatant Command
Seven years of experience with analysis, reporting and briefing within USINDOPACOM AOR Intelligence Enterprise, the U.S. Intelligence Community, and the Interagency
Five years of experience in DoD & Interagency Intelligence programs, asymmetric analysis, Pacific Command (PACOM)/Joint Chief of Staff (JCS) training events, and PACOM country(s) familiarization
Five years of experience using theater and national level intelligence automated information, intelligence, and communication systems, tools, databases, and programs.
Four years of experience in assigned region or domain (South Asia, e.g.)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience briefing senior leadership at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive Service level
Experience with working Indo-Pacific SIGINT problem sets
Experience with naval intelligence
Experience working with SIGINT metadata specifically COMINT and ELINT
Experience with the following: Analyst Notebook, GALE, GALE-LITE, MIDB, FADE/MIST, Thresher, Windward, CED, MARTES, GRAPEVINE, MEPED, PEOB, EWIR, XKS, EIDB, SEDB, DX, WRANGLER, or other national-level related intelligence community tools
Experience conducting call-chain analysis
Completion of one the following training programs: United States Navy: CTR, CTI; United States Air Force: 1N2X1 (Signals Intelligence Analyst); United States Army: 35N (SIGINT Analyst), 35P (Signals Intelligence Voice Interceptor), 35S (Signals Collection Analyst), 25A (Signal Officer); United States Marine Corps: MOS 2629 (SIGINT Analyst)
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Top Secret SCI

Salary Range:
$117,000.00 - $227,900.00
