Program Assistant-CS (CV134-1) - Reentry Services Division
We are looking for a Program Assistant CS to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will report to a Program Manager and/or Assistant Director and will be trained to become a vital part of their team.
Job Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for a diverse range of matters including the coordination and monitoring of confidentiality, security, and the special needs of each client.
Conduce life skills workshops from time to time.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills
Capacity to interact effectively with both clients and other team members in situations that can sometimes be stressful
The capacity to achieve an effective balance between set operational policies and procedures and the use of initiative as and when the need arises
Requirements:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or a GED together
A valid driver's license
Previous work experience in human services is preferred, but not essential.
