Housing Coordinator - Safe Return/Navigational (CV2482-219) - Safe Return Division
Responsible for locating affordable permanent housing opportunities for clients and developing a resource guide. Responsible for seeking housing resources and forming reputable relationships with housing providers to secure affordable permanent housing and work to rectify tenant-landlord issues to assist clients in maintaining permanent housing. Ability to work with landlords, county boards of social services, local realtors, housing authorities and other subsidized apartment complexes to identify housing opportunities and resources. Maintain regular contact and update resource guide as needed.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or 5 years experience in a related field or human services. Demonstrated ability and mastery of the following skills: verbal and nonverbal communication, interpersonal, skills and knowledge of the homeless population and the housing industry. Must possess a valid driver's license and meet agency standards
