Document Access and Support For Housing Specialist (DASH) (CV2631-2) - Homeless Services Division
The employee in this classification shall report to the Regional Director of Homeless Services. The responsibilities are case management in function. Responsibilities include working closely with the Division of Community Affairs (DCA) housing representative to ensure compliance with state housing voucher program. Responsibilities also include assisting clients in obtaining appropriate source of income resources, community contacts, documentation and housing.
Employee in this position must have a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field and two years of experience in a human service position. Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact appropriately with clientele. Basic computer skills required. Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet agency standards.
